We are pleased to share that Congresswoman Katie Porter, US House Representative from California’s 47th district - Orange County, has written a letter of support for Rayton! She is supporting our application for funding through the National Science Foundation’s SBIR Phase I grant program.
“Rayton’s technology will fortify North America’s supply of engineered wafers. Using proprietary technology, it is projected that Rayton will significantly reduce the cost of critical wafers while increasing throughput of existing manufacturing capacities. This is especially important in Orange County as local electric vehicle manufacturers and other companies stand to directly benefit from Rayton’s products, reducing reliance on foreign made wafers.”

The Congresswoman’s support comes after we recently were accepted into the NVIDIA Inception program. This means we will be able to work with NVIDIA experts on new product ideas and strategically position ourselves. Our sights are set on building a company that can be North America’s premier supplier of high tech engineered wafers.
